At Floral Hunt, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted solawood floral arrangements safely and on time. This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery timelines, and return/replacement terms. By placing an order on floralhunt.com, you agree to the terms described below.
Part A: Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship nationwide across India. Every order is dispatched using suitable courier services selected based on the delivery address to ensure optimal transit time and safe handling. We partner with reliable courier companies to reach pin codes across the country — including metro cities, Tier-2 towns, and most remote areas.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary by location:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 6–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Floral Hunt is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier partner.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery pin code and order weight. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed on the website and at checkout.
5. Packaging
All solawood floral arrangements are carefully packed to withstand transit. We use protective packaging materials to minimise the risk of damage during shipping. Despite our best efforts, minor transit-related issues can occasionally occur — please refer to Part B (Return & Replacement Policy) if your order arrives damaged.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or through the Order Tracking page on our website.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Floral Hunt is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
Part B: Return & Replacement Policy
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or if you simply did not like the product after receiving it. We strongly encourage you to review product images, descriptions, dimensions, and category details carefully before placing your order.
We also do not offer refunds for:
- Minor color variations due to photography lighting or screen display differences
- Slight variations in handcrafted products (each solawood arrangement is handmade and may differ slightly from images)
- Delays caused by courier/shipping partners beyond our control
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Orders refused at delivery without valid reason
2. When We Do Offer Replacement
We will offer a free replacement in the following situations only:
a) Wrong Item Delivered
If you received a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong item, wrong color variant, or wrong size), we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
b) Product Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to mishandling during shipping, we will replace the item. Solawood flowers are delicate by nature and we pack all orders carefully — however, transit damage can occasionally occur.
c) Defective or Incomplete Product
If the product has a manufacturing defect or is significantly incomplete (e.g., major petals missing, broken stem, structural damage not caused by transit) as received, we will offer a replacement.
3. How to Request a Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Email us at support@floralhunt.com with the subject line: “Replacement Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Include the following in your email:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the item received, clearly showing the damage, defect, or wrong product (at least 2-3 photos required)
- A photo of the outer packaging/box if damaged in transit
Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery, or without supporting photographs, will not be accepted.
4. Replacement Process
Once your replacement request is received and verified:
- We will review your request and photographs within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will ship the replacement item within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
- You will receive a new tracking number via email once dispatched.
- We do not require you to return the original damaged/wrong item unless specifically requested by us.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been picked up by our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@floralhunt.com with your order number. If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Non-Replaceable Items
The following are not eligible for replacement:
- Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with after delivery
- Damage caused by improper handling, water exposure, or storage by the customer
- Items reported after the 48-hour window from delivery
- Products without photographic evidence of the issue
- Customised or made-to-order items (unless wrong item was sent or transit damage occurred)
